Supply Management Services
Supply Chain Management & Location Selection
Assessment of feasibility of moving supply management services from Geneva to a lower cost location in the context of a large scale operational reorganisation project. Locations in Europe, Africa and Asia were evaluated.
UNCHR did go ahead with the delocalisation project, moving functions from Geneva to Budapest. The project is considered a great success story within UNCHR.

Evaluation of suitability of several Asia-Pacific countries for the location of a new manufacturing plant of a British excavator manufacturer.
