Agility3 is a consulting network with partners in Europe and Asia, dedicated to partnering with small and medium sized companies to renew their strategy, to improve strategy execution, and to expand and scale up their business.

We have been there ourselves, not only as consultants, but also as managers in charge of running a business. Andreas Wettstein (Switzerland)

Andreas Wettstein is the founder and managing partner of Agility3. He studied Food Technology in Munich and later Business Administration in Lausanne. He is also certified project management professional.
He has held senior positions in Nestlé, PwC and EY.
Andreas is an expert for business change and transformation. He loves to connect people and ideas across functions, organisations, geographies and cultures.
It is no coincidence that in his 25 years of combined industry and consulting experience, he has always been involved in the early stages of a business.
Andreas has worked in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Philippines, China, and several European countries and speak fluent English, German, French, Spanish and intermediate Mandarin.

Thomas Himmelrich (Vietnam)

Thomas Himmelrich is CEO and owner of “Swiss Bridge Consulting – the missing link”, our partner firm for Vietnam, Hong Kong and the Philippines. Thomas is a Swiss citizen who has built a successful software company from scratch since moving to Asia in 2000. Thomas has accumulated a wealth of hands-on experience in dealing with the business challenges of a Swiss SME in the South East Asian environment and culture.
Thomas has strong links to both Switzerland and South East Asia, maintaining a strong business network around in Vietnam, Hong Kong and the Philippines. He has a deep understanding of local market conditions, but is also familiar with the particular challenges a Swiss company may be facing. Thomas loves to share his hands-on experience and regularly performs research activities for Swiss clients looking for practical solutions for their business decisions in South East Asia. Once a project is started he can assists to realize the project smoothly and within budgets.

Ram Ramakrishnan (Singapore)

Ram is our Agility3 partner based in Singapore. He founded and operates the ODPL network providing advisory services for companies operating in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. RAM is a trained mechanical engineer with a Masters from IIT Kanpur and a PGDBM from Symbiosis.
He started his professional career in the field and was involved in a total of 7 company turn-around projects and 5 green fields operations. Ram experience covers a variety of industries, such as machine tools, manufacturing, cutting tools, textile machines, automotive, software. Ram started as trainee in his family business and moved into a professional environment ten years into professionally managing enterprises at the operational, strategic and board level. Since 1999 Ram has been in consulting, and has advised companies in metal cutting, automotive, foundry, banking, insurance, software, technology, port and logistics, edible oil refinery.

Stefan Linde (Germany)

Senior expert with over 17 years of consulting and HR experience in global roles, supporting both Fortune 500 companies as well as small local businesses in transforming their operational model. Combines strategic/conceptual thinking with successful and efficient project delivery and implementation. Conducted numerous process-reengineering and reorganisation projects, delivered global cross-functional Shared Services or global HR Transformations with cost reduction of 25% for multinational corporations, supproted the outsourcing of global HR as a whole as well as singele processe such as payroll, recruiting and others with significant savings and led HR IT cloud-software implementations. Led and evolved the global HR services organisation of a large Swiss multinational with app. 120 staff. Stefan is founder of lindeconsulting, a consulting company specialized in helping companies transform their organisation. Stefan is married with 2 daughters.
